This is a two part series on Employment Law in Australia. The first part examines the law of hiring a new employee and inducting that person into the workplace. The production follows an applicant from the time of applying for a position until the formal process of induction is completed.
The second part is concerned with managing the employer/employee relationship.
Both the State and Federal systems are explained and case studies are used to illustrate different fact situations in the workplace. A booklet is available with the videos, which provides a detailed reference to the subject.
